Shri Mukesh Puri IAS (Gujarat 1988) presently Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Co-operation Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar relieving Shri A.K. Rakesh, IAS of additional charge of and also hold additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd., Gandhinagar until further orders relieving Shri Jagdish Prasad Gupta, IAS of additional charge of that post.
