Shri Mohanlal Sureka ACS (DR 1992) presently Director- Municipal Administration , Assam and MD- Swach Bharat Mission (Urban) is promoted and allowed to officiate in the Selection Grade of ACS and shall be continue to be posted as Director- Municipal Administration , Assam and MD- Swach Bharat Mission (Urban).
