Indian Bureaucracy News – West Bengal Bureaucracy Transfers | The Mamata Govt in West Bengal has shifted 7 IAS Officers in the state with Alapan Bandopadhyay IAS of 1987 batch presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary- Home and Hill Affairs Department with additional charges of ACS- MS & ME and T Department, ACS- Industry, Commerce & Enterprises Department and ACS- Parliamentary Affairs Dept being appointed as Additional Chief Secretary- Home and Hill Affairs Dept with additional charges of ACS- Industry, Commerce & Enterprises Dept and ACS- Parliamentary Affairs Dept , Dibyendu Sarkar IAS of 2003 batch presently Secretary- Panchayat & Rural Development Department is now appointed as Secretary in Self-Help Group & Self Employment Department while Rajesh Pandey IAS of 1995 batch presently Secretary- Consumer Affairs Dept is now appointed as Secretary- MS & ME and T Department with additional charge of Secretary, Consumer Affairs Department .
