10 Punjab IAS Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Punjab Govt has reshuffled 10 IAS Officers across the state with Rahul Kumar IAS (2000) presently Secretary- Heath and Family Welfare, Director -Mines and Project Director- National Helath Mission now given additional charge as MD- Punjab Heath System Corporation, Chander Gaind IAS (2004) presently Secretary- Cooperation now transferred as Secretary Animal Husbandry Dairy Development, Manvesh Sindhu IAS (2004) presently Secretary- Health and Family Welfare transferred as Secretary- Revenue and Rehabilitation , Karnesh Sharma IAS (2010) presently posted as DG- Employment Generation and Training, Special Secretary -Employment Generation & Training, Secretary- Punjab State Board Technical Education & Industrial Training now transferred as Special Secretary- Forest and Wild Life and Special Secretary- Medical Education and Research while Harpreet Singh Sudan IAS (2013) presently posted as Additional DC (General)- Hoshiarpur district now transferred as DG- Employment Generation and Training and Additional Director- Ghar- Ghar Rozgar.
