The Ministry of Ayush is proud to report significant achievements under its Special Campaign 3.0, which was launched on October 2, 2023, aimed at enhancing workspaces and addressing pending matters.

Campaign Progress:

  • The campaign targeted resolving pending cases sourced from multiple references, including MPs, Parliamentary Assurance, State Government, Public Grievances, PMO, and more.
  • As of October 27, 2023, out of 576 files earmarked for review, all have been meticulously examined, resulting in the elimination of 161 files.

  • The Ministry has effectively addressed all 3 State References, 75 public grievances, 3 PMO references, and 24 Public Grievance Appeals.
  • The Ministry organized 20 cleanliness campaigns, reaching a 100% target achievement.

Workplace Enhancement: The focus of the campaign extended beyond addressing pendencies. Special emphasis was placed on decluttering workspaces and ensuring cleanliness within the Ministry’s premises. These efforts were undertaken to create an improved work environment and enhance the productivity of employees.

Swachhata Hi Seva Pakhwada: As part of the Swachhata Hi Seva Pakhwada, the Ministry of Ayush took a pledge to maintain cleanliness and contribute to a waste-free India. Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, closely monitored the progress and urged senior officials to work diligently during the campaign.

Community Involvement: Institutes, organizations, and councils affiliated with the Ministry actively participated in cleaning their campuses and public places, including bus stations, parks, herbal gardens, lakes, and ponds. Senior officials and members of the Ayush community contributed to cleaning Ayush Bhawan and its surroundings.

Extended Participation: The Ministry has urged various States/UTs, research councils, national institutes, parastatals, and other statutory bodies to take part in these initiatives. Previous campaigns to address pending cases have yielded positive results, and the Department is well on its way to improving its overall ranking.

Continuation of the Campaign: The Special Campaign will continue until October 31, as the Ministry remains steadfast in its commitment to enhancing the work experience, promoting cleanliness, and realizing its goals.
