M Joji IFS to continue as District Forest Officer – Medak
Shri M Joji IFS (Telangana 2019), upon promotion to the Indian Forest Service of the Telangana Cadre, and presently posted as Deputy Conservator of Forests / District Forest Officer, Medak, will continue as District Forest Officer – Medak, Telangana.
An officer of the 2019 batch of the Telangana cadre, Shri M Joji has been promoted to the Indian Forest Service of the Telangana Cadre. He has been serving as Deputy Conservator of Forests/District Forest Officer, Medak.
Following his promotion, Shri Joji will continue in his present assignment as District Forest Officer, Medak. The continuation provides stability and administrative continuity to the forest administration of the district.
As District Forest Officer, he is responsible for the supervision and management of forest department activities in Medak. The assignment includes responsibilities relating to forest protection, conservation, implementation of departmental programmes and supervision of field formations.
His continuation in the post following promotion to the Indian Forest Service reflects the importance of maintaining continuity in district-level forest administration. His familiarity with the district and ongoing departmental programmes will be valuable in carrying forward the responsibilities of the Forest Department.
The assignment also provides Shri Joji an opportunity to continue contributing his experience to the management and conservation of forest resources in Medak.
