Minister of State (I/C) for Youth Affairs and Sports Shri Vijay Goel with President of AIFF Shri Praful Patel here unveiled the mascot KHELEO for FIFA under 17 World Cup India 2017. The mascot was unveiled during the launch of Mission XI Million programme.
