Shri Manoj Kumar IES (1994) Indian Engineering Services presently Executive Director(Projects), EdCIL (India) Ltd., has been appointed for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, EdCIL (India) Ltd.Shri Manoj Kumar holds a degree in electrical engineering from MNIT, Jaipur and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.
Shri Kumar, who has over two decades of experience in various sectors of Government of India like BSNL, MTNL and DMRC, joined EdCIL in August 2017.Amongst his noteworthy contributions was at DMRC (2006 – 2010) wherein, he was instrumental in executing several electrical/electro-mechanical works with international standards at metro stations, DMRC Operation Control Center, DMRC headquarters, IT parks etc. Further, he was also involved in developing ‘in-house competence’ in several maintenance processes.
