Shri Manish Gupta IRSEE (1995) presently Director, Department of Financial Services, has been given extension in the Central deputation tenure for a period of period of one year beyond 19.02.2019 (a tenure of six years on a Central Staffing Scheme post). Shri Manish Gupta has more than 19 years of experience in the Government of India. Previously, he has held various important positions on Indian Railways. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from College of Engineering And Technology, New Delhi and a Masters degree in Measurement and Instrumentation (Gold Medalist) from IIT, Roorkee. He also completed his MBA degree with specialization in Financial Management from National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad in 2009.
