Shri Maninder Singh IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 1989) presently Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Housing & Urban Affairs and Cooperation Departments and Chief Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi , has been transferred posted Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Cooperation Department. Shri Maninder Singh IAS is also hold additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Sports & Youth Welfare, Cultural A{fairs and Tourism Departments .
