9 IAS Transfers in West Bengal – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The West Bengal Govt has reshuffled 9 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers across the state with Naveen Prakash IAS ( 1987) presently ACS- Irrigation & Waterways Department is now posted as ACS – Public Works Dept,  Hari Krishna Dwivedi IAS ( 1988) presently ACS- West Bengal, Home & Hill Affairs Dept with additional charge of Parliamentary Affairs and Planning & Statics Dept is now appointed as Chief Secretary – West Bengal,  A R Bardhan IAS (1989) presently ACS- PHE Dept with additional charge of Commissioner- Jalpaiguri Division, West Bengal posted as ACS- Public Health Engineering Dept with additional charge of ACS- Animal Resources Development Department and Commissioner- Jalpaiguri Division.
