Major Reshuffle in Punjab | 14 IPS Transferred

Punjab IPS Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Punjab Govt Has shifted 14 IPS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the list of names are :

1. Smt Gurpreet Kaur Deo IPS (1993) presently ADGP- CAD  with additional charge of Women & Child Affairs given additional charge of ADGP -Internal Vigilance Cell, Punjab .
2. Shri Jitendra Kumar Jain IPS (1993) presently ADGP- PSPCL, Patiala given additional charge of ADGP- Policy and Rules and SOG Training (Patiala).
3. Shri B Chandra Sekhar IPS (1994) presently ADGP- Crime with additional  charge of ADGP- IVC, Punjab given additional charge of Special Task Force, Punjab .
4. Shri Mohd Faiyaz Farooqui IPS (1995) presently IGP PAP-II, Jalandhar with additional charge of IGP- Disaster Management given additional charge of IG- Anti-Riot Police (ARP), Punjab .
5. Shri Naunihal Singh IPS (1997) presently IGP- Jalandhar Range transferred as IGP- Ludhiana Range, Punjab .
6. Shri Jaskaran Singh IPS (1997) presently IGP- Ludhiana range transferred as IGP- Bathinda range, Bathinda, Punjab  Police.
7. Shri Arun Kumar Mittal IPS (1999) presently IGP- Legal Affairs with additional charge as IGP- Bathinda Range transferred as IGP-  HQ, Punjab.
8. Dr Kaustubh Sharma IPS (2001) presently IGP- STF, Punjab transferred as IGP- Faridkot range, Punjab .
9. Shri Gursharan Singh Sandhu IPS (2001) presently IGP- Personnel with additional charge as IGP- Hqrs transferred as IGP- Provisioning, Punjab.
10. Shri Surinder Kumar Kalia IPS (2002) presently DIG- Admn, PAP, Jalandhar with additional charge as DIG- Admn, CDO, BHG, PTL posted as IGP- PAP-II , Jalandhar  , Punjab.
11. Shri Pradeep Kumar Yadav IPS (2002) presently DIG- Technical Services with additional charge as DIG- Training, CPO  promoted as IGP –  Technical Services, Punjab.
12. Shri Ranbir Singh Khatra IPS (2003) presently DIG-PAP, Jalandhar with additional charge as DIG- CI, Punjab , SAS Nagar transferred as DIG- Jalandhar, Range, Punjab .
13. Shri Patil Ketan Baliram IPS (2010) presently AIG- CI, ASR with additional charge as Commandant- 9th Bn. PAP, Amritsar given additional charge as AIG- SSOC, Amritsar, Punjab .
14. Shri Sukhminder Singh IPS (2008) presently AIG- SSOC, Amritsar with additional charge as AIG- Special Task Force, Amritsar, AIG- OCCU, Amritsar transferred as Commandant- 9th Bn PAP, Amritsar.
