19 IAS Transfers in Jharkhand – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Jharkhand Govt has reshuffled 19 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect :

1. Shri Ajay Kumar Singh IAS (1995) presently Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Health, ‘Medical Education and Family Welfare Department, Ranchi given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat and Vigilance Department.
2. Smt Vandana Dadel IAS (1996) presently Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, and Vigilance Department, with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Women Child Development & Social Security Department transferred as Principal Secretary, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Women Child Development & Social Security Department.
3. Shri Manish Ranjan IAS (2002) presently Secretary, Department of Revenue, Registration & Land Reforms, Ranchi given additional charge of Secretary, Building Construction Department and MD, Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited.
4. Shri Arava Rajkamal IAS (2008) presently Incharge Secretary, ST, SC, Minorities & Backward Class Welfare Department with additional charge of Incharge Secretary, Urban Development & Housing Deptt. and Incharge Secretary of Excise & Prohibition and MD, JUIDCO given additional charge of MD, GRDA.
5. Shri Uma Shankar Singh IAS (2009) presently Incharge Secretary, School Education and Literacy Department given additional charge of CEO, Sidho-Kanho Agriculture and Forest Produce State Co-operative Federation Limited (SIDHKOFED).
6. Shri Manjunath Bhajantri IAS (2011) presently Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur with additional charge of Settlement Officer, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur transferred as Administrator, Subarnarekha Project, Jamshedpur.
7. Shri Pawan Kumar IAS (2011) presently  Additional Secretary, Department of Labour, Employment, ‘Training and Skill Development, Ranchi, with additional charge of Director, Employees’ State Insurance Scheme, Ranchi transferred as Project Director, Jharkhand AIDS Control Society, Ranchi.
8. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Besra IAS (2012) presently Labour Commissioner, Ranchi with additional charge of Director, Employment & Training given additional charge of Mission Director-cum-CEO, Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society, Ranchi.
9. Smt Akanksha Ranjan IAS (2013) presently Director, Handloom, Silk & Handicraft, Ranchi with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Exploration and Mining Corporation Limited, Ranchi and MD, JHARCRAFT given additional charge of MD-cum-CEO, Mati Kala Board, Ranchi.
10. Shri Shashi Ranjan IAS (2013) presently MD, Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority, Ranchi with additional charge of CEO, Chief Minister Small and Cottage Enterprises Development Board (CMSEDB) and Director, Mining, Ranchi given additional charge of MD, JSMDC, Ranchi.
11. Shri Satyendra Kumar IAS (2014) presently Additional Secretary, Labour Employment, Training & Skill Development Dept transferred as MD, Jharkhand State Food Corporation, Ranchi.
12. Smt Madhavi Mishra IAS (2015) presently MD, Jharkhand Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (JIIDCO) given additional charge of Executive Director, Jharkhand State Aarogya Society (JSAS), Ranchi and MD, Jharkhand Medical & Health Infrastructure Development Development & Procurement Corporation Limited, Ranchi.
13. Smt Ananya Mittal IAS (2015) presently Deputy Commissioner, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa transferred as Deputy Magistrate & Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur with additional charge of Settlement Officer, Jamshedpur.
