Major General Mandip Singh Gill presently Group Commander of NCC Group HQ, Jammu took over as Additional Director General of NCC Directorate (Kerala & Lakshadweep). Major General Gill is an alumni of the National Defence Academy(NDA), Pune and commissioned in 1987 into the Regiment of Artillery of the Indian Army.
