Shri Mahesh Chandran R presently Chief Manager (Law), State Bank of India, Mumbai , has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of State for External Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs (Shri V Muraleedharan) in the Ministry of External Affairs at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of four years.
