When a machine is manufactured, its capacity is labelled. On the contrary, the capacity of a Man is unlimited, says Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD of Navratna PSU Nalco. He was addressing the fresh batch of Nalco Graduate Engineer Trainees, at the induction programme .
“We have infused fresh blood keeping our domestic and overseas expansion plans in view. The company’s HR is drawing a roadmap to develop its human capital right from induction. In that order, the 2nd batch of engineers would take guard next month,” Dr. Chand informed.
Shri N.R. Mohanty, Director (P&T), Shri K.C. Samal, Director (Finance), Shri V. Balasubramanyam, Director (Production) and Shri B.K. Thakur, Director (HR) also welcomed and motivated the youngsters, selected from the premier institutions of the country.
