Shri M Malakondaiah IPS (Andhra Pradesh 1985) presently Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, AP State Road Transport Corporation, has been appointed as the Director General of Police (Head of Police Force), Andhra Pradesh.
Shri Malakondaiah will take charge of his new assignment from Nanduri Sambasiva Rao, who is retiring .The Government Order issued by Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar said that M Malakondaiah is being appointed as DGP (HoPF) under section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Police (Reforms) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017.
