Shri Lokesh Kumar Singh IAS (Bihar 2003) presently Secretary, Health Department, Patna , has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Science and Technology Department, Govt of Bihar and also hold additional charge of Secretary (Resource)- Finance Department.
