Shri Laltu Halder WBPS, presently Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP), Ranaghat Police District, is transferred and appointed as Addl. SP – Traffic, Purba Bardhaman.

The Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP) – Traffic, Purba Bardhaman is responsible for overseeing traffic management and road safety enforcement across the district of Purba Bardhaman district under the West Bengal Police. The officer supervises traffic units, coordinates with local police stations, and ensures smooth vehicular movement on key highways, urban corridors, and rural roads within the district.

Purba Bardhaman, with its mix of urban centers, industrial zones, agricultural belts, and national highways, experiences varied traffic challenges. The Addl.
