Shri L. C. Goyal IAS (KL 1979) has been appointed as  CMD -India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) .

Shri Goyal is a commerce and law graduate and started his Indian bureaucracy career in 1981 and has handled many important posts  such as  Asstt Collector, G M-Industries, Under Secy- Finance & Company Affairs (GOI), Dy Secy- Finance & Company Affairs (GOI), Addl Secy- Industries, Pvt Secy- Human Resources Development, Director- Finance & Company Affairs (GOI), Addl Resident Commissioner- Kerala House, Joint Secy- Home Affairs (GOI), Addl Chief Secy-General Admn,Agriculture Production Commissioner-Kerala, Addl Chief Secy- Finance Deptt, Addl Secy & D G- Health & Family Welfare, Spl Secy- Cabinet Secretariat (GOI), Secretary- Rural Development, Secretary- Home Affairs to name a few.
