Mr. Kumar Sanjay Krishna, IAS (AM:1985), is promoted as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, he replaces Dr. Subash Chandra Khuntia, IAS (KN:1981). Prior to this appointment he was the Joint Secretary, Department of Disinvestment in the Ministry of Finance.
