Dr. M.M. Kutty, IAS (UT:1985), is promoted as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, in place of Mr. Shashi Shekhar, IAS (TN:1981). Prior to this appointment he was the Joint Secretary, in the same department. Dr. Kutty is M.Sc.(Agriculture) and M.A. in Rural Social Development.
