Shri Kumar Rahul IAS (Punjab 2000) presently Secretary, Employment Generation and Training with additional charge of Secretary, General Administration and Coordination, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, General Administration and Coordination with additional charge of Secretary, Employment Generation and Training. He will also hold the additional charge of the posts of Secretary Personnel and Secretary, Vigilance.
