Shri Kulanand Joshi IAS (AGMUT 2010) presently Special Secretary (H&FW) , has been given additional charge of Project Director – Delhi State Aids Control Society (DSACS) relieving Shri S M Ali IAS (AGMUT 2011). The officer shall also hold the additional charge of Special Secretary (Finance).
