Shri Krishna Kumar Dwivedi IAS (Assam- Meghalaya 1996), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Ms. Juthika Patankar IAS (UP 1988).
