Kishor Rungta appointed CMD- FACT

Shri Kishor Rungta presently Director (Finance), Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECL), has been appointed  to the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) for a period of five years.

Shri Kishor Rungta served as the Director of Finance at ECIL-Rapiscan Limited since March 2013. Mr. Rungta serves as the Director of Finance of BBUNL, a parent company of Hindustan Cables Limited. He served as the Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Cables Limited until January 31, 2013. Mr. Rungta served as Finance Director of Bharat Bhari Udyog Nigam Ltd. until January 31, 2013. He served as Director of Finance at Hindustan Cables Limited. He served as a Director at Hindustan Cables Limited. Mr. Rungta served as a Director of Bharat Bhari Udyog Nigam Ltd. since February 28, 2012 until January 31, 2013. He served as a Director at Lagan Jute Machinery Co. Ltd. until August 31, 2007. Mr. Rungta holds Commerce, Cost Accounting, and Law degrees. He resides in Hyderabad, India.
