Keshni Anand Arora IAS (Haryana 1983) presently Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana and Financial Commissioner, Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments , has been appointed as Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana and General Administration, Personnel, Training, Parliamentary Affairs, Administrative Reforms Departments and Secretary Incharge of Plan Coordination vice Shri D S Dhesi IAS (Haryana 1982), retiring on superannuation on 30.06.2019.
