Shri Keshav Kumar Pathak IAS (Bihar 1990) presently Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department with additional charge of DG, Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD) has been transferred and posted as ACS, Education Department. He will continue to hold additional charge of DG, BIPARD.
