Shri Karma Zimpa Bhutia IFoS (Jharkhand 1997) , has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Rural Development for a combined tenure of seven years up to 24/04/2024 from the date of assumption of the charge of the post vice Shri Prashant Kumar IFoS (MP 1985).
