Shri K D Kapadia IAS (Gujarat 2004) presently Additional Secretary to Government, General Administration Department (NRI, ART Division), Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, has been promoted to Super Time Scale of IAS (Level 14 in the Pay Matrix) and appointed to continue to function on present post .
