Telangana Rashtra Samiti President K Chandrasekhar Rao will be sworn-in as the Chief Minister of Telangana at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad this afternoon. This is the second time that he is going become the Chief Minister of the state. A few ministers are also likely to take oath along with him. A full-fledged Cabinet will be formed in next few days. The swearing ceremony will take place on the lawns of the Raj Bhavan this afternoon around 1.30PM.
