Shri Jyotirmoy Daimary ACS (Assam 1999) presently Sub-Divisional officer (Sadar), Hailakandi is promoted and allowed to officiate in the Senior Grade-II of ACS , has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Hailakandi.
