Justice Rajesh Narayandas Laddha presently Additional Judge appointed as Judge of Bombay High Court, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India to the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, vide notifications dated 03.03.2023.

Hon’ble Shri Justice Laddha did his LL.B. from the University College of Law, Nagpur affiliated to the then Nagpur University and enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1989. Practiced mainly on Civil and Criminal side. He joined Judiciary as a Direct District Judge from Bar in the year 2008 and since then has worked twice as Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai; Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kolhapur; Principal District and Sessions Judge, Latur and Principal District and Sessions Judge, Satara. Also worked in the Registry of the Bombay High Court on various positions as Registrar (Inspection) and Registrar (Vigilance). Was appointed as Principal Secretary & Rememberance of Legal Affairs, Law and Judiciary Department, Government of Maharashtra on 15th November 2018. Elevated as Additional Judge of Bombay High Court on 25th June 2021.
