Justice Easwaran Subramani appointed as Permanent Judge – Kerala High Court
Shri Justice Easwaran Subramani presently Additional Judge -Kerala High Court has been appointed as Permanent Judge of Kerala High Court.
Born on 30.09.1974 at Ernakulam to Late Sri.E.Subramania lyer and Smt.Sarada Mani. Finished Secondary School from St.Joseph’s English Medium High School, Trikkakkara, Ernakulam. Completed Pre-degree and Graduated from Maharajas College, Ernakulam and obtained Law Degree from Govt. Law College, Ernakulam. Enrolled as an Advocate on 5.4.1999 and started practice in the year 1999 as Junior to his father, Sri.E.Subramania lyer. During the 25 years of practice, specialised mainly in Banking Law, Insurance Law, Service matters relating to Public Institutions and cases involving Civil nature and Company Cases, Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases. Standing Counsel for Indian Bank & Life Insurance Corporation of India and Panel Lawyer for State Bank of India, Sundaram BNP Home finance, Catholic Syrian Bank & South India Bank.
Sworn- in as Additional Judge of the High Court of Kerala on 22nd March, 2024.
