Justice Abdul Rahim Musaliar Badharudeen presently Additional Judge, Kerala High Court has been appointed as Judge of the Kerala High Court.

Born on 29.05.1968 at Mylakkadu in Kollam District. Had schooling in Govt. L.P School, Mylakkadu, Panchayat U.P School, Mylakkadu and Govt. High School, Chathannur. After obtaining B.Sc Degree from the T.K.M College of Arts and Science, Kollam, secured LLB Degree as a student of the Govt. Law College, Thiruvananthapuram and practiced at Kollam. Dealt with cases in different branches of law, the area of prominent practice being in civil law and criminal law. Joined Kerala Higher Judicial Service as District & Sessions Judge in 2009. Served as Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Thalassery from 21.05.2009 to 17.05.2011, served as Additional District Judge/Additional Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Additional District & Sessions Court-II/Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Mavelikkara from 23.05.2011 to 19.03.2014, served as Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Additional District Court-I, Mavelikkara from 19.3.2014 to 12.05.2014, served as Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Additional District Court-II, Thiruvananthapuram from 21.5.2014 to 20.06.2016, served as Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge, Thiruvananthapuram from 20.06.2016 to 31.05.2017, served as District and Sessions Judge, District & Sessions Court, Manjeri from 03.06.2017 to 11.01.2018, served as District and Sessions Judge, District & Sessions Court, Thrissur from 19.01.2018 to 15.10.2018 and served as District and Sessions Judge, District & Sessions Court, Alappuzha from 17.10.2018 to 24.06.2021. Sworn in as Additional Judge of the High Court on 25.06.2021.
