Smt Juri Gogoi ACS (DR 1992) presently Principal Secretary- Rabha Hasong Autonoumous Council is promoted and allowed to officiate in the Selection Grade of ACS and shall be posted as Additional Secretary- Pensions & Public Grievances Department.
