The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission(JERC) has issued all the nine Tariff Orders for Financial Year 2019-20 including the Multi Year Annual Revenue Requirement for the MYT Control period 2019-20 to 2021-22 on 20th May, 2019 for the State of Goa and Union Territories of Chandigarh, Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.
The Commission was all set to issue all the Orders by 31 st March, 2019 but could not issue the same due to imposition of the Model Code of Conduct by the Election Commission of India w.e.f. 10th March, 2019. Accordingly, the Tariff Orders have been issued now just after the completion of final phase of polling on 19th May,
