Shri Jaydip Mukhopadhyay WBCS ( Executive ), has been appointed to the I.A.S from the State Civil Service List of 2019.The Governor is pleased to appoint Shri Jaydip Mukhopadhyay, W.B.C.S ( Executive ), now posted as Special Secretary, Higher Education Department as Commissioner in Higher Education Department with effect from the date of his joining as an IAS officer.
