Shri Hemant Rao IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1987) presently Additional Chief Secretary, Backward Class Welfare, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and Secretariat Administration, has been relieved of the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Secretariat Administration and given charge of Commissioner- Social Welfare.
