Shri Hasmukh Adhia IAS (Retd) (Gujarat 1981) Former Finance Secretary has been appointed as the Chancellor of Gujarat Central University.He will hold the post for a period of five years, Shri Adhia moved to Delhi in November 2014 as a Secretary in the Financial Department. The appointment was approved by President Ram Nath Kovind who is a visitor of the University.
