Indian Bureaucracy, Chandigarh, August 19, 2025| In a routine administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government announced the transfer of five IAS officers to new roles. Vishram Kumar Meena (Haryana 2017), previously Deputy Commissioner of Nuh and CEO of the Mewat Development Agency, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra. Akhil Pilani (Haryana 2018) will assume charge as Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, along with the responsibilities of CEO, Mewat Development Agency, succeeding Meena. The districts of Mahendragarh and Rohtak have also received new Deputy Commissioners under the latest order. Renu Sogan (Haryana 2019), serving as Additional Secretary in the Citizen Resources Information and Grievances Departments, has been reassigned as Additional Secretary, Home Department.
List of the officers with their detailed present, additional charge and new postings is listed below.
- Shri Manoj Kumar IAS (Manoj Kumar-I; Haryana 2012), presently Mission Director, Haryana Skill Development Mission; with additional charge of Director, Skill Development & Industrial Training, Haryana; Special Secretary, Haryana Skill Development & Industrial Training Department, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner – Mahendragarh, at Narnaul, relieving Dr Vivek Bharti IAS (Haryana 2016).
- Shri Vishram Kumar Meena IAS (Haryana 2017), presently Deputy Commissioner, Nuh and CEO, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner – Kurukshetra, Haryana.
- Shri Akhil Pilani IAS (Haryana 2018), presently District Municipal Commissioner, Yamunanagar and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Yamunanagar, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner – Nuh and CEO – Mewat Development Agency, Nuh, Haryana, relieving Shri Vishram Kumar Meena IAS (Haryana 2017).
- Shri Sachin Gupta IAS (Haryana 2018), presently Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Panchkula, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner – Rohtak, Haryana, relieving Shri Dharmender Singh IAS (Haryana 2012) of the said charge.
- Smt Renu Sogan IAS (Haryana 2019), presently Additional Secretary to Government, Haryana, Citizen Resources Information Department (CRID), with additional charge of Additional Secretary, Grievances Department, Haryana, and Nodal Officer, CPGRAMS PG Portal, is transferred and appointed as Additional Secretary – Home Department, Haryana.
