Shri Gyanesh Kumar IAS (Kerala 1988) presently Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation , has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Inter State Council Secretariat  from 01.03.2023 to 19.03.2023 during the period of absence on leave of Ms. Anuradha Prasad IDAS (1986).
