Gujarat IAS Reshuffle | The Gujarat Govt has reshuffled the portfolios of 6 IAS Officers across the state with N B Upadhyay IAS ( 2004) presently Commissioner of Land Reforms and Ex-officio Secretary- Revenue Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is transferred as Municipal Commissioner, Vadodara Municipal Corporation, C V Som IAS ( 1990), Principal Secretary – NRI & ART, General Administration Dept now transferred as Principal Secretary- Sports, Youth & Cultural Activities Dept while R C Meena IAS ( 1997) presently Secretary- Sports, Youth & Cultural Activities Dept goes as Secretary- NRI & ART, General Administration Dept .
Yogesh Babanrao Nirgude IAS ( 2013) currently Commissioner- MSME now transferred as Regional Commissioner of Municipalities, Rakesh Shankar IAS ( 2004) presently Dy Municipal Commissioner- Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation is now posted as Secretary- GAD (Planning), while the transfer of M S Patel IAS ( 2003) from the post of Commissioner of Municipalities Administration and Ex-officio MD- Gujarat Urban Development Company Limited & Additional CEO- Gujarat Urban Development Mission, Gandhinagar stand cancelled.
