Ms Gargi Jain IAS (Karnataka 2015) has been given Inter Cadre Transfer from Karnataka cadre to Gujarat cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Vishal Gupta IAS (Gujarat 2012), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Karnataka and Gujarat, the Central Government.
