PIB News Update: Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune and Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI) Kolkata will jointly conduct an Admission Seminar in Nagpur to build awareness about the Institutes, courses offered, examination schemes and related subjects. The seminar will be held at 3rd Floor, Seminar Hall, G.H.Raisoni College, Shrimohini Complex, Opp. K.P. Ground, Nagpur on 29th December from 11 am to 1 pm. Entry to the Admission Seminar is free and open to all.
This is a golden opportunity for the youth of Vidarbha region looking for a career in Film & Television and aspiring to study in either of the two premier Film Institutes in the country – FTII (Pune) and SRFTI (Kolkata).
The Joint Entrance Test (JET) for admissions to FTII and SRFTI for 2020 will be held on 15th and 16th February (Saturday and Sunday) at 27 examination centres across the country.
In the new scheme of examination introduced in JET 2020, candidates can apply for a maximum of three courses. By providing a wider range to choose from, it offers candidates a greater opportunity to realise their dreams.
The last date for applying for JET 2020 is 24th January 2020.
