The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of Five IRS Officers
- Shri Sadre Alam IRS(IT) for promotion to the grade of Chief Engineer (Civil) in Ministry of Finance, for the panel year 2017-18.
- Shri Deepak Das IRS(IT), given for promotion to the grade of Controller General of Accounts (CGA) in the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS).
- Shri U S Dhyani IRS(IT) , has been given promotion to the grade of Commissioner of Income Tax in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) for the panel year 2014-15.
- Shri P S Chhina IRS(IT) empanelled for promotion to the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCIT) in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) for the panel year 2015-16
- Shri M C Pandit IRS(IT) given promotion to the grade of Commissioner of Income Tax in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) for the panel year 2001-02.
