5 IPS Transfers in Meghalaya | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – The Meghalaya Govt has transferred 5 Indian Police Service Officers across the state with Aditya Goenka IPS (2008) presently SP- CID now transferred as SP- Fire and Emergency Services, Meghalaya, Claudia A Lyngwa IPS (2010) presently SP- East Khasi Hills, Shillong transferred as Commandant- 1st MLP Battalion, Mawiong, Jubi G Momin IPS (2011) presently SP- (F&ES), Meghalaya, Shillong now posted as Commandant- 6th MLP Battalion , Umran, Sylvester Nongtnger IPS (2012) presently SP- Anti-Infitration, Meghalaya, Shillong transferred as SP- East Khasi Hills, Shillong while Vivekanand Singh IPS (2012) presently SP- East Jaintia Hills, Khliehriat is now posted as SP- CID , Meghalaya, Shillong.
