1. Respected A.S.P Sir, I am Kundan Kumar Singh and I am from Bihar. My aadhaar card number is 510588759347. Sir I was an English teacher in Bihar but came to Chennai for job. IN Padur I joined Jashim Security Services as an A.S.O on 8th September 2020 but on 9th I met Raja Thakur who is from U.P. He told me many negative things about Jashim and convinced me to join Cherubim Security Force LLP. I JOINED cHERUBIM AS AN A.S.O but MR. Vinod told me to do the duty of guard for 3-4 days. I agreed and I did my duty in hotel four points on 9th but on 10th the security incharge of that hotel stopped me to work only because of a small beard downward my lips. Mr. Vinod knew that I was not satisfied by this non-sense rejection and could go back in Jashim Security so on 11th he said me nothing. On 12th he called me in the afternoon and asked to go on another site for duty. I told him that I was taking lunch in nearby market and coming in security room within half hour. When I reached at room but guard Rahul Tanti,Shiv and one more guard were in the room. He was not there so I fell asleep but when I got up,my mobile and wallet, in which more than 4500/= rupees were present, wre not in my pocket. I asked those three guards about it but they said to ask O.M Vinod in a voice. I asked O.M but instead of recovering my things he started abusing. I thought he was drunk so decided to ask him in the morning but he again abused me so I decided to go to Police station. He met met me in the way and asked to go to Aurum Villa(Padur) for duty. I thought that he would give my mobile and money there so I went with him. I did my duty as a guard there in 13th night. On 14th I asked him again for my money and mobile but again he abused me and throw me out of the security room of Padur. After this I went back in Jashim Security. I reached Kelambakkam P.S in the evening but could not lodge my complaint because staffs were very busy and I had to go for my duty at Akshaya. On 15th I went there again and met S.I G.Mahendran. I told him the matter and he called Vinod in P.S but he did not come and send his S.O Selvam. Selvam told in front of S.I Sir that he will recover my things but till after 2 days, he did nothing. I met Mr. Vinod on Friday 18th and said to recover my things soon but he was drunk so started beating me and tried to push my throat. I fell down and in the effort of escape my left cheek was injured. Mr. Selvam hit me sevral times by his belt and my forehead ,hands and shoulders were also injured. Anyhow I escaped from there and reached P.S in injured condition but once again they were called in Kelambakkam P.S and S.I Mahendran Sir told them to return my things. I wanted to take further step after getting my money and mobile back so I remained silent. 3 days past but they did not return my things because Mr. Vinod does not have any fear of law or Police. Vinod called me at Mahabalipuram on 21st to get my things back but I could not believe him so first I went to Mammalpuram P.S and gave my written complaint. Then H/C K.Rupesh Kumar went with me to security room and Vinod”s home but he was not there. H/C Rupesh talked to him by his wife”s mobile because he was not receiving his call. Vinod told to send me Padur to get my things but yet he is only making excuses. He told me to come Mahabalipuram again in tomorrow morning.
   Sir I do not know Tamil and they are taking advantage of this thing.
   Please help me Sir..
