Res Sir,
This is with Reference to the withdrawal of my PF Account AP/HYD/2847/25843 with Transport Corporation of India Ltd. I associated with Transport Corporation of India Ltd. since 1st June 2006 to 31st December 2013. Where I had resigned on 31st December 2013.
Now I need to withdraw my EPF. However I am not getting any help from the employer (Transport Corporation of India Ltd). I have tried to contact to GM HR & CA but there are no responses. Employer is not interested to sign the EPF withdrawal form.
Now as per the provisions of EPF act & scheme, I am sending my Form (Form 19 & 10C) with duly attested by Branch Manager of Bank where I hold my account (Saving Account)
Sir, I have submitted my EPF form for withdrawal five time, but my claim forms are being rejected. So many times I tried to contact to PF officer and already applied with required documents but still I am begging for my money.
I am facing a problem related to my EPF amount clearance.
I heard that this is the best platform to resolution of critical matter. When none is helping, one can seek the help from kind personalities like you.
I am sure that I will get something good.
All the things are done so many times that i have become totally frustrated now. Sir, I have submitted all the formalities/documents/evidence to higher authority of EPF department, but still nothing is moving on.
Hence you are requested, Pl look into and help me in this problem.
