Director- HR, NLCIL inaugurates Executive MBA Program

The inaugural ceremony of the second batch of the Executive MBA course (in collaboration with NLCIL and Annamalai University) for the academic Year  2018-21 was held at  the Learning &Development Centre, Neyveli, on 20.08.2018. Shri.R.Vikaraman, Director (Human Resources) NLCIL, the Chief Guest  graced the occasion. Prof.Dr.S.M.Satish IIM Trichy,Prof.Dr.A.Rajasekaran, Director (Academic Affairs) Annamalai University, Prof.Dr.C.Sumudhra Rajkumar,HOD,Business Administration Annamalai University and Prof.Dr.A.Selvarasu, the Program Coordinator Annamalai University present  on the occasion.

In his address to students  Director HR welcomed the  students of new  academic batch 2018-2021 students  and Stressed upon the rapid changes in business scenarios and the need for the enhancement of  managerial skills. He  appealed the all Executive-students to contribute to the society and the organization through the learning of the course.

Prof.Dr.S.M.Satish enlightened the Executive-Students about the Importance Peer learning  in an organization and the need for the organization to invest in its Human Resources and the return Expected form such Investments.

Prof.Dr.A.Rajasekaran in his speech agreed to all possible support from Annamalai University for the course and future academic endeavors with NLCIL.  Prof. Dr.C.Sumudhra Rajkumar  gave a brief account of  activities while highlighting new initiatives and success reports of  the first batch. Future Collaborative Programs among IIM Trichy,NLCIL,Annamalai University is agreed upon with the Academic and Industrial interests of the three institutions.
